Delivery and shipping:

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:
In order to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product, please contact Real Med Home within 7 days of shipment. Without a RA number, no returns of any type will be accepted. To expedite the process, please ensure you have the following information readily available when requesting an RA number: customer name, order number, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the item at Real Med Home, a replacement will be promptly sent or a refund will be issued. Returns must be made within 7 days of Return Authorization being provided. Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Real Med Home will match the shipping method and cover the shipping charges for replacement or exchange products.
